Terms of use

Last updated 12 October 2026

These terms apply when you use gridpup.com. By using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use GridPup.

What GridPup is

GridPup (“we”, “us”) compares the prices that cloud providers charge to rent GPUs, updated usually every 15 minutes, and lets you rent machines from some of them through GridPup. How GridPup works explains how prices are shown and calculated.

Prices on GridPup are for information. When you click Visit, you rent directly from that provider, on its terms. When you launch a machine on GridPup, we rent it from the provider for you and charge it to your GridPup credit, as described under Credit and payments below. We are not a cloud provider ourselves.

Prices can change or be wrong

Cloud prices and stock change constantly. A price on GridPup may be minutes or more out of date, may not include every fee (such as storage, data transfer, or taxes), and may contain errors from the provider or from us. Always check the price and terms on the provider's own site before you buy. Spot and bid prices can be interrupted or outbid by design.

Using the site

You may use GridPup for your own research and buying decisions. You may not:

If you want our data for your own product, contact us.

Accounts

You can use GridPup without an account. If you log in with Google or GitHub, keep that account secure, because anyone who can use it can log in to GridPup as you. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.

Credit and payments

Machines you launch through GridPup are paid for from prepaid credit. You add credit in amounts of $10 or more. Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, which acts as the merchant of record: it charges your card, adds any sales tax or VAT, and sends your receipt, and its own terms apply to the purchase.

The API

Our price API is free. Keep your API keys secret; you are responsible for calls made with them. If you publish prices you get from it, credit “Prices from GridPup” with a link to gridpup.com. Don't resell the data or republish it in bulk, and don't try to get around the rate limits. We may change the API, limit it, or revoke keys that are abused. Prices come from the clouds and can be out of date or wrong; check with the cloud before you rely on one.

Names and logos

Cloud provider and GPU names and logos belong to their owners. We show them only to identify whose price is whose; it does not mean they endorse GridPup. The GridPup name, logo, site design, and our compilation of price data belong to us.

Links to other sites and referrals

We link to providers' websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, prices, or services.

Some “Visit” links are referral links: if you sign up or buy through them, the provider may pay GridPup a commission, at no extra cost to you. Referral links are labelled where they appear. They never change the order of offers, which is always by price, or the prices shown, which come straight from each provider.

No warranty

GridPup is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no promises that the site will always be available or that its information is complete, accurate, or current.

Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss of profit, revenue, or data, that comes from using or relying on GridPup, including decisions to rent or not rent a GPU. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes

We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. If you keep using GridPup after a change, the updated terms apply.
